Pump Adjustment - Translation

Would someone be able to translate the phrases on this picture?

Here goes:

On the left the pump is from w123, as it says in the picture, on the right the pump is from w124 without ELR.

First text:
Idle fine tuning

Second text
Idle coarse tuning.
-CCW decreases idle rpm.
- Should be adjusted ~same amount of degrees as full load

Third text:
Max RPM
- CW increases

Fourth text:
Full load fueling
- CCW increases
- 10% per turn

Question for you guys,

This is the pump from a 617 Turbo Diesel

What are A, B and C and what do they do? I know the full load adjustment already.

I am looking for the "idle quantity adjustment" or similar adjustment.

Thats a MW series pump right? The M/RSF governor has a similar looking screw to your "full load adjustment" but it is for "adaptation"
