Have a look at this thread on the 606 to W123....

http://translate.google.co.uk/translate ... %2F&anno=2

From what I gather, the 603 Block is very similar/same as 606 and uses the same method of mountings to the W123....

The part-numbers for W126 300E arms is included, but spacers are needed, 20mm one side, 10mm the other

I've build a OM603 in a w123. On the passenger side I have the original engine mounts if the om603. I took a 10mm thick steel plate and drilled holes so it would fit on the engine side. Then i took the engine mount and drew trough the holes on the 10mm steel plate. Them I threaded it m8 treads. The holes wil be about 1cm to the rear and 1 cm down the origional holes.

The other side i made myself. Took a thick steel plate again and welded a U type profile to the engine blocks on the chassis.

The engine is fitted with no adaption to the driveshaft. The engine is very far to the front. But the gearbox mount is easy to adapt this way. The disadvantage is that de radiator can touch the steeringpump pulley. And the cooling fan must be replaced by an electrical one mounted in front of the radiator. I've moved the radiator 10cm to the passengers side so it clears the pulley.
