What needs to be done to fit a 'big' diff from a w124 300TDT in a w201 -2.3-16?

I have the diff, and seen that I need to swap the rear cover, but I have also seen that the '3-claw' is bigger.

how difficult is it to swap '3-claws'?

or do I need a different cardan axle?

You only need to swap rear cover and "3 claw".

"3 claw" is only attached with one big lug. When replacing it, make sure not to overtighten the lug, just so that it is tight, not REAL tight

I believe, by tightening the big nut of the 3claw, I can set the bearing play of the piniole-axle, not?

Was thinking of putting in the limited slip diff carrier also, but then I have some more adjusting to do (and more risk o diff whining), and I dont have much time....
